Information collected
We collect account details, subscription and transaction references, scripts, generated project assets, usage records, support communications, and limited device or product analytics.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, provide and secure generation, process billing, maintain credit balances, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, support customers, and improve the product.
Service providers
Data may be processed by infrastructure and product providers including Supabase, OpenAI, Stripe, Trigger.dev, AWS/Remotion, Vercel, and optionally PostHog. These providers may process data in the regions where they operate, subject to their contractual and security commitments.
Storage and security
Generated media is stored in private buckets and served through time-limited signed links. Access controls, encryption offered by providers, least-privilege credentials, and server-side authorization are used to protect data.
Retention and deletion
We retain account, billing, project, and operational records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. You may request account or project deletion using the contact below, subject to records we must retain by law.
Your rights and contact
