1. Service
Momentary is a paid software service that uses artificial intelligence to create narration, visual assets, captions, and video outputs from user-submitted scripts. Outputs may contain errors and must be reviewed before publication.
2. Accounts and billing
New accounts may receive limited test credits. Continued use after those credits are consumed requires a Creator subscription. Monthly credits replenish after successful payment and do not roll over. Payments, invoices, cancellations, and payment details are managed by Stripe.
3. User content
You retain rights you hold in submitted scripts. You grant the service the limited rights required to process the script and generate requested assets. You must not submit content you lack permission to use or content that violates law or provider policies.
4. AI disclosure and output rights
Narration and visual assets are AI-generated. Rights in AI outputs can vary by jurisdiction and are not guaranteed to be exclusive. You are responsible for disclosures required by platforms or law.
5. Availability, refunds, and liability
Failed system generations automatically return the consumed video credit where the platform can verify failure. Subscription fees and other refund rights remain subject to applicable Australian Consumer Law.
6. Termination
Accounts may be suspended for abuse, fraud, payment failure, or material violation of these terms. Cancellation normally remains effective through the paid billing period.
